TERMS | the fine print

  1.  A signed model release and acceptance of terms is required prior to the beginning of the session.
  2. Session fee is due at time of booking.
  3. Your session fee is nonrefundable but is transferable if you must reschedule. At least 24 hours notice is required if you wish to transfer your session fee towards a new session. Transferable session fees may only be applied to a new session within 3 months of your original session date.
  4. There is a 15 minute grace period if you are late to your session. Additional time will not be extended.
  5. Approximately five edited images will be posted to my website and facebook fan page within 2-3 days of your session.
  6. Do not crop or edit these photos.
  7. You may use them on your social networking platform.
  8. All other proofs will be available to view and order no later than 14 business days after your session unless you are otherwise notified.
  9. If you wish for your pictures to not be posted publically, please let me know in advance.
  10. All images remain copyright of the photographer.
  11. A 8×10 print resolution CD with PRINTING release may be purchased if terms are met. *at discretion of photographer
  12. Images will be kept online and will be available for printing for 90 days from original upload date.
  13. There is a fee of $30 to reactivate the gallery for 30 days.
  14. Unless otherwise discussed, I reserve the right to use any image for future promotions and/or advertising purposes without further written consent.
  15. Removing the watermark and using the photo online without permission is a violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and a claim of copyright infringement will be filed.
